Client agreement
This agreement is between the client and AUREUM, Vilnius, Lithuania. It applies after payment is received and the first account is delivered.
- 1. When it starts. The agreement is in effect for both sides once payment has been received and the first account has been delivered. Continuing to trade is acceptance of these rules.
- 2. Time. A payout or a refund is not immediate. The company has more than one month, counted from delivery of the account, to complete its finance review. Bank and network clearing are not in the company’s hands. A date given in writing is the date the company aims to send the funds, not a date the company can force a bank to credit.
- 3. Resets. Each account includes one reset. A second reset is outside that rule. It is made only so the account can stay open after the rules were not followed. After a second reset, the review in clause 2 needs the further time stated there.
- 4. Automatic program. If the client buys the automatic program, it runs on the company’s server. It is not installed on the client’s laptop or personal computer. That is required for the security of the connection.
- 5. Limits. The company sets the risk limits. Cancelling, removing, or changing those limits is a breach. Changing the lot size, or changing it again after a short time, is a breach. A breach can pause the account and the payout review.
- 6. Questions. A question about a payout or a refund is sent to the company in writing first, and the company answers inside the review period in clause 2.
- 7. What the company cannot be required to do. No client can require the company to pay, refund, reset, or change an account outside this agreement. The company is not required to ignore a breach, to remove its own limits, to install the automatic program on a personal computer, or to treat a bank or network delay as a failure by the company. A demand that contradicts these rules has no effect on the account.
- 8. The law. These terms explain how the account is operated. They do not remove any right the client has under the law, including the right to contact a court or an authority.
